Under the direction of the Directors of Patient Services of the Outpatient Clinic Services Program (OCSP) and Systemic Therapy Program (STP), the Patient Services Coordinator assists Patient Services to optimize outpatient clinic and systemic therapy services with respect to department staff orientation and training, equipment inventory and maintenance, supply inventory control (reconciling, maintaining and ordering), and patient services related projects.
This position works collaboratively and consultatively with the multidisciplinary team to facilitate optimal clinical operations including identifying equipment needs and repairs, staff resourcing and ability.
Reporting to the Director of Patient Services, OCSP or Director of Patient Services, STP (in the absence of OCSP Director) the Patient Services Coordinator will facilitate standardized practice and to ensure consistency of training with respect to coordination of orientation and training program.
