Job description
Responsibilities
  • You will perform frontline duties in the area of registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection, and provide support to service improvement initiatives/projects to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic.
  • You are required to handle patient service duties such as providing assistance to doctors, radiographers and patients in the consultation and scan rooms, conducting basic patient assessments, transfer of patients to the scanner table, liaising with various departments on patients' appointments for tests/procedures, and briefing patients on the preparation needed prior to their tests/procedures.
Job Requirements
  • A general Diploma, GCE \'O\' / \'N\' / \'A\' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or its equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
  • Ability to speak a second language or dialect(s) would be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)
