A healthcare facility is looking for a Patient Service Associate to provide personalized service to patients and the public. Responsibilities include handling phone enquiries, scheduling appointments, and liaising with various departments. Applicants should have GCE 'O'/'N' Level or equivalent and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication skills and fluency in another language is an advantage.
You play a vital role in providing personalised service to patients and the public by assisting them with their phone enquiries, as well as scheduling appointments. You will also be required to liaise with the various departments pertaining to patients’ appointments. Selected candidate will be offered employment under Singapore Health Services (Corporate HQ).
