Patient Care Coordinator – Georgian Dental Orillia

Overview

Georgian Dental Orillia is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who will be the friendly, guiding voice that helps patients feel understood, supported, and cared for from their first call to their final visit.

Schedule

Full-Time

Wednesday – Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Once a month - Saturday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Help patients understand their treatment options, costs, and next steps.
  • Coordinate appointments to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
  • Verify insurance, process claims, and manage patient accounts.
  • Keep accurate and organized records.
  • Collaborate closely with our clinical team to support patient care every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role (dental experience is an asset).
  • Strong communication and people skills — you connect easily and genuinely.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
