Qualifications

  • Six months to one year of prior office experience preferred.
  • Chronic Care Management certification obtained within one year of hire.
  • Prior Certified Nurse Aide, Emergency Medical Technician, or Nurse Aide training/experience preferred.

AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the total nursing care for all patients utilizing standards of care. You will also be responsible for providing clerical support and maintaining a smooth flow of communication throughout the nursing unit.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six months to one year of prior office experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Chronic Care Management certification obtained within one year of hire
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Prior Certified Nurse Aide, Emergency Medical Technician, or Nurse Aide training/experience preferred
