Job summary

Universal Ford Lincoln in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to support the OEM parts warehouse operations. You will stock, pick, and organize parts while ensuring accurate inventory and timely service for wholesale, retail, and service departments.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills. Training is provided for warehouse equipment, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Asset: automotive or logistics training.
• Experience in warehouse operations or automotive parts is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move parts/boxes up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with dealership software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize OEM parts in designated locations.
• Pick and prepare parts orders for retail, wholesale, and service departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory through labeling and bin management.
• Support with regular cycle counts and full inventories.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
• Assist parts counter staff and drivers with orders and workflow.
• Handle returns, cores, and warranty parts per procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
