Qualifications

• Previous Parts Specialist experience would be an asset.
• Ability to read parts schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and support (Internal and External).
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure ongoing commitment to customer needs.
• Process requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed.
