Job summary

A leading power solutions provider in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Parts Representative to manage orders, source parts, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman certification or equivalent and 1-3 years of inside sales experience. Responsibilities include order processing, handling customer complaints, and maintaining stock levels. This role may require manual lifting, travel, and adherence to health and safety policies, offering a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous work experience in parts and/or inside sales in a similar environment.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as requested.

Responsibilities

• Order taking and acknowledging orders promptly.
• Procure parts and communicate with vendors.
• Process customer returns and resolve complaints.
