Job summary

Go Auto's Go Downtown Kia is seeking a proactive Shipper/Receiver for its parts department. You will handle shipping, receiving, and movement of parts while supporting customers, the shop, drivers, and staff.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and basic administrative tasks are required.
• Clean and valid driver’s abstract is needed.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding leadership skills and be a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive all parts in an efficient manner.
• Assist in retrieving, loading, and unloading parts from parts van.
• Deliver parts if necessary.
• Provide assistance to customers, the shop, drivers, and counter staff.
• Receive and record the movement of parts and stock to and from particular locations.
• Use the best method of shipment and arrange for pick-up and delivery.
• Prepare the appropriate paperwork both manually and using the ADP/CDK system.
