Job summary

Birchwood Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Shipper/Receiver to manage shipping and receiving of parts, organize orders, and maintain inventory at our Winnipeg dealership. The role offers hands-on learning in the parts side of the automotive industry and requires dependability and physical capability.

Schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with opportunities for growth through our benefits and development programs. Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to work.

Qualifications

• 1 year shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive parts shipments to and from dealership customers.
• Organize incoming orders and maintain parts inventory.

Parts Shipper/Receiver

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Summary

This position requires a conscientious, energetic, and professional individual with a passion for vehicles to be responsible for shipping and receiving parts shipments to and from the dealership customers. In addition, the Parts Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for organizing incoming orders and maintaining parts inventory. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the Parts-side of the automotive industry.

Schedule Details

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• 1 year of shipping/receiving experience is considered an asset
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs a must.
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record and transportation to work required.
