Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the Parts Department team to deliver top‑tier customer service and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
  • Manage inventory with precision, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Oversee financials, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control, to drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless parts availability and operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and trade distribution.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
  • Strong numeracy, administrative, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary $20.19 to $80.29 per hour.
