Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for every repair order. You will verify parts accuracy, enter invoices, track pricing changes, and maintain an organized parts area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Experience with Car-Part, Progi, APU or similar systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, dispatch and return parts for each repair order.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of parts received.
• Enter all parts invoices into the information system.
• Label, track and organize all parts.
• Communicate price changes to the team.
• Manage part returns and credits.
• Post and file invoices and credits promptly.
• Keep the parts area clean and organized.
• Pursue continuous learning to improve quality.
