Job summary

Clutch Canada Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate for our Mississauga facility. You will manage inventory, organize parts, and ensure production has what it needs when it needs it.

You’ll track stock levels, verify part numbers and quality, and collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve shortages. The role requires a high school diploma, Ontario G2 license, and legal work status in Canada. Wage is $22/hour with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• G2 Driver’s License (Ontario) required.
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must commute to Mississauga, Ontario.
• Availability: minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Quote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials in designated storage areas
• Track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure parts are available when needed (measured by inventory accuracy and stock availability)
• Deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as required
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systems
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needs
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques
• Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines
• Work with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requests
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptly
• Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficient

About the role:

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
• Clean criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario
• Availability: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed

Other items to note:

• Strong organizational skills and clear communication
• Teamwork and problem resolution/analysis
• Ability to work in a production environment
• Physical and mental effort required for parts handling

• You will be required to wear CSA-approved safety footwear (green triangle, Grade 1) and other required PPE when on the job, and in other designated areas. Clutch will supply PPE and partial reimbursement toward the purchase of approved footwear.

It’d be great if you have:

• Previous experience in parts, inventory, or material handling
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems
