Job summary

Upstream Data is hiring a Parts Assistant for the Lloydminster, AB area. The role focuses on keeping parts organized, pulling build kits, labeling and storing items, and ensuring materials are where they need to be when required.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in parts coordination or warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and comfort with inventory systems. A Class 5 license is required, with trailer experience a plus. On‑site, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure parts are where needed, when needed.
• Occasional materials pickup and general support as required.

At Upstream Data, our Parts & Inventory team is the heartbeat of production. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, enjoys variety, and can keep our parts and projects running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Pulling and preparing build kits for fabrication, welding, electrical, machining, and mechanical teams.
• Organizing, labeling, and storing parts so everything's easy to find.
• Receiving and tracking incoming materials.
• Helping keep our inventory system accurate and efficient (SAP experience is a bonus).
• Working closely with multiple departments to make sure parts are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
• Running the occasional materials pickup and helping out wherever needed.

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in parts coordination, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for detail (you notice when one washer is missing).
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or fabrication parts.
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.
• Class 5 driver's license required; trailer experience is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to lend a hand.
