Your role will include assisting customers, managing repair orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in automotive service advising, strong communication skills, and a valid Ontario driver's license. Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in automotive service advising and parts operations.
  • Kia or import brand experience is an asset.
  • Valid Ontario Drivers License with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
  • Write up repair orders and provide accurate estimates.
  • Communicate effectively between customers and technicians.
  • Identify and source required parts and process orders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia products and promotions.

We are thrilled to be building one of Canada’s largest state‑of‑the‑art Kia dealerships, featuring the country’s first EV Canopy with 12 charging stations in the new Niagara Auto Mall. Salary : 40,000 - 60,000

What you’ll do :
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care.
  • Write up repair orders, explain maintenance and repair needs, and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
  • Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify and source required parts, verify availability, and process orders accurately.
  • Follow up on service work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to‑date knowledge of Kia products, warranties, and service promotions.
  • Handle payments and close repair orders in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for :
  • 3 years of experience in automotive service advising and parts operations.

  • A team player with excellent customer service skills.
