Position Summary
We’re seeking a data‑driven operator to supercharge the SPS Revenue Recovery partner. In this role, you’ll deliver the reporting insights and operational frameworks that give our external partners and internal teams full visibility into performance and the confidence to act on it. You’ll equip Partner Managers with the intelligence to target high‑value opportunities, segment and assign territories for maximum coverage, and track progress against revenue goals with precision.
Working closely with Revenue Operations, the Director of Strategic Partnerships and the Head of Revenue, you’ll connect data to strategy ensuring every decision is grounded in clear actionable insights. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role where your analysis, systems thinking and execution will directly shape partner success and SPS Revenue Recovery’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain reporting that gives external partners and internal teams real‑time visibility into performance KPIs and trends.
- Strategic Opportunity Targeting: Provide Partner Managers with the data and analysis they need to prioritize high‑value opportunities and improve results in their book of business.
- Partner Segmentation & Territories: Design and manage partner segmentation models and territory assignments to optimize coverage and align with revenue goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret performance metrics to surface risks, identify trends and recommend strategic actions.
- Commission Support: Oversee partner commission data and calculations ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clear communication.
- Tool Administration: Manage and enhance Salesforce PartnerStack and related systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient workflows.
- Rev Ops & Leadership Support: Partner closely with Revenue Operations, the Director of Strategic Partnerships and the Head of Revenue to ensure data reporting and insights directly support strategic decision‑making.
- Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation so reporting, segmentation and operational processes are repeatable and scalable.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 2 years in partner operations, sales operations, or a related analytical/operations role; experience in SaaS or marketplace environments is a plus.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Skilled at extracting, analyzing and interpreting partner performance data to drive strategic action; comfortable designing scalable reporting solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce and SQL; bonus for experience with PartnerStack, Looker or Python.
- Excellent Communication: You can break down complex concepts into understandable terms inspiring action. You’re gifted in both speaking and listening, fostering transparent and effective communication, and are equally eloquent in writing, in person and when speaking to large groups.
- Problem‑Solving Mindset: Adept at diagnosing root causes, anticipating downstream impacts and developing solutions that stick.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing data reports and operational processes—nothing slips through the cracks.
