We are looking for

• This is an opportunity for the right candidates to join leading professionals in the space and grow BLG’s corporate and commercial health law practice, working directly with sophisticated clients, and an opportunity to train and mentor a significant team of junior lawyers eager to focus on the health sector.
• The ideal candidates will have 10 to 20 years’ experience practicing in Corporate Commercial law with a demonstrated track record of advising health sector clients. This experience may have been gained from a major law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience areas include one or more of the following:
• Advising hospitals or other health services providers on corporate, commercial and governance matters, including corporate structuring and reorganizations, integrations, commercial contracts, procurement, strategic alliances, joint ventures, public-private partnerships, financings, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Providing regulatory advice and opinions, including changes in law and regulation impacting business models and care delivery limitations and opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset, sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills; potential for leading roles in BLG’s national Health Sector practice.
