Lépine Talent inc. is representing a prestigious global law firm seeking a partner and/or a tax team for its Montreal office. The role calls for a senior practitioner with a track record in corporate taxation, tax litigation and advisory work for individuals and nonprofits.

The successful candidate will work on complex files, engage with various stakeholders, and draft opinions, memos and deeds tied to tax planning and reorganizations. An entrepreneurial, autonomous mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant experience as an associate in a reputable firm.
• Entrepreneurial attitude fostering autonomy and development of your practice.
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide services in corporate taxation and tax litigation.
• Assist individuals and non-profit organizations with tax matters.
• Handle complex files with diverse clientele.

Your Role

• Provide services in corporate taxation, tax litigation, services to individuals and non-profit organizations
• Work on complex files with a varied clientele
• Provide high quality services to internal and external clients in various types of files
• Conduct various types of tax-related research
• Meet and advise various internal and external stakeholders
• Draft various legal documents, including opinions, memos and deeds in connection with tax planning, reorganizations and representations
