MEC is seeking a Visual Presentation team member in North Vancouver to ensure merchandise is showcased with current market trends and MEC standards. You will create impactful displays, set up promotions, and maintain floor aesthetics to enhance the customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of visual display experience, strong planning and time management, and the ability to translate member needs into compelling visuals. A flexible schedule and teamwork are encouraged.

• Prepares store displays, mannequins & bust forms dressing & styling according to MEC standards and best practices.
• Prepares table merchandising and vignettes.
• Plans and organizes the merchandising of walls and floor fixtures.
• Provides member service according to SERVE standard.
• Adjusts lighting to highlight mannequins and merchandise.
• Communicates Visual standards and provides training to other floor staff.
• Liaises with Department Managers on departments and promotional set ups.
• Adheres to all loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• A degree of physical fitness for manual shifting of mannequins and fixtures.
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Continually able to lift up to 40 pounds from floor to a waist high table.
