Qualifications
- Minimum five years live TV news reporting and writing experience.
- At least six months experience as a video journalist.
- Degree or diploma in journalism or a related field required.
- Proficiency with video editing software is a must (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred).
- ENPS knowledge is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Gather, shoot, edit, and present news stories for broadcast and digital.
- Generate local and regional on-air content for TV and digital platforms.
- Report news live, including on-air presentations.
- Identify multimedia storytelling opportunities across platforms.
- Operate ENG equipment for news gathering.
- Develop and maintain contacts; contribute story ideas.
- Work weekends and select overnight/weekday shifts.
