  • Strong background in implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to address diverse needs.

  • Conduct initial screenings to identify lagging skills and establish baseline data.
  • Design and implement MTSS with specialized, individualized programming.
  • Use screening tools to track progress and document skill growth.
  • Monitor intervention outcomes with data-tracking to inform instructional adjustments.

Core Qualifications & Background
  • Deep expertise in foundational literacy and numeracy interventions, English as an Additional Language (EAL) instruction, and workplace readiness preparation.
  • Advanced training in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), emotional regulation strategies, and supporting neurodivergent student profiles across Grades 9-12.
  • Strong background in implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support to address diverse academic, language, and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted, small-group interventions to address specific learning gaps in middle and high school settings.
  • Conduct initial screenings to identify lagging skills, establish baseline data, and continuously monitor student progress and growth.
  • Design and implement Multi-Tiered Systems of Support offering specialized, individual-focused programming.
  • Utilize screening tools and targeted assessments to establish baseline data, systematically track student progress, and document measurable skill growth.
  • Monitor multi-tiered intervention outcomes using structured data-tracking systems to evaluate strategy effectiveness and inform instructional adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed progress records to measure growth in foundational skills, support individualized goal-setting, and report outcomes to key stakeholders.
