Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform standard alterations, including pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, rise and tapering modifications, coat sleeves, side seams, and lower collar adjustments.
• Ensure garments meet high quality standards with secure stitching, even seams, and clean finishes.
• Press garments for a clean, crisp look.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace; store tools and materials properly.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring tailoring supplies and requesting replenishment as needed.
• Support front-of-house activities and assist customers during consultations.
• Share tailoring knowledge with fellow tailors and assist in training staff on basics like marking, fitting, and pressing.
• Report safety hazards and uphold professional appearance and company standards.
