Job summary

JD Sports Canada in Fairview Pointe-Claire is seeking a part-time Back of House Coordinator to support stockroom operations and inventory management. You will process orders, label and organize stock, and collaborate with front-of-house teams; Shopify experience is a plus, and strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail or stockroom experience required.
Experience with Shopify platform beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and task oriented.

Responsibilities

Support Front of House associates in pulling in-store customer requests.
Lead day-to-day operations of the stockroom, ensure accurate labelling, placement, neatness and cleanliness.
Contribute to profitability by accurately receiving, handling and managing inventory in a timely and organized manner.
Manage end-to-end daily e-commerce orders: processing, picking, packing and shipping to customers.
Communicate daily with customer service and stores via Slack and email.
Reduce store shrinkage by researching discrepancies and solving issues.
Daily use of our inventory system.
