Trekker Auto is seeking a part-time content creator to join our marketing team in Toronto. You will shoot and edit content for our brand, products, and team, supporting campaigns and brand-building efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create content (shoot and edit) for Trekker Socials of our Brand, Products, Team and supporting marketing campaigns.
• Help build the brand from the ground up and participate in campaigns.

Description:

Are you looking for social media / marketing part-time work? Good, because we are looking for a person to join our marketing team as a content creator!

At Trekker we are a new vehicle accessory brand. We are looking for a currently enrolled student who is creative, open-minded, hopefully organized, and has a ton of ideas they've been waiting to try out.

Your role will primarily consist of creating content (shoot and edit) for Trekker Socials of our Brand, Products, Team, and supporting the marketing campaigns. You might become one of those people walking around the office with a camera, filming reels. This is a chance to experiment, try things, make cool stuff, and be part of building a brand from the ground up. You might just get to go on a cool trips for content!

Has a teacher ever told you your ideas were too much, too weird, or just not good? Great. This is your chance to prove them wrong.

Having an interest in automotive space and being a car enthusiast is a massive plus.

Qualifications:

• Must currently be enrolled in a college or university
• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and marketing
• Comfortable filming and editing videos
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and able to work independently
• Creative and willing to bring new ideas
• Must be interested Automotive space

Skills / Highlights:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut / Premiere Pro / Lightroom / Photoshop / Figma or similar tools
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Understanding of short-form social media content
• Strong eye for composition, branding, and visual storytelling
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic copywriting skills
• Experience with Shopify is a plus
• Experience creating content for a personal page, business, club, school organization, or previous employer is an asset
