Job summary

A healthcare provider in North Bay is seeking a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home assessments and design care plans for adult clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and must be a graduate of a recognized program in Speech Language Pathology with current registration in Ontario. Flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech‑Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License and the use of a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience providing home‑based services is an asset, but new graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessments in a home setting based on presenting impairment or diagnosis.
  • Design a care plan using evidence-based information and clinical expertise.
  • Partner with clients' family members and other health professionals regarding care goals.
