Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with Quickbooks Online + MS Office Suite.
• Minimum five (5) years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Legally permitted to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document efficient processes and systems for accounting operations.
• Assist accounting team members and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of various taxes.
• Support bi-weekly payroll processing and prepare annual total compensation reports.
• Generate monthly financial statements and present reports.
