Job summary

Voyago is hiring part-time and route-support school bus drivers in the Kitchener/Waterloo area for the 2026/2027 school year. You will transport students safely, perform inspections, and maintain vehicle condition while following company procedures.

The role offers hourly pay with benefits for full-time hours, training provided, and opportunities to support multiple routes within the region. Candidates must meet licensing and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Focus on safety of students and community.
• Ability to obtain clean criminal record with vulnerable sector screening.
• Good knowledge of local area (Kitchener/Waterloo).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school.
• Prioritize student safety during boarding, transit, and exiting.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections.
• Maintain bus cleanliness and basic upkeep.
• Complete daily Hours of Service reports and documentation.
• Report mechanical issues immediately.
• Address student behaviour professionally.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and development.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment for all passengers.
