Job summary

Voyago is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Sudbury for the 2026/2027 school year. Drive safely to and from school, delivering a reliable and positive experience for students.

Shifts run approximately 6:00am–9:15am and 1:00pm–4:30pm on weekdays, with routes varying by day. We offer licencing upgrades at no cost, training, and a supportive team within Transdev. Be part of a nationwide mobility group focused on safety and service.

Qualifications

• You are safety focused.
• You hold a valid minimum full G class drivers license for at least 1 year.
• You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening.
• You have a sound knowledge of Sudbury and surrounding areas.
• You have the ability to work independently.
• You are available for the required shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students within your community to and from school, ensuring a reliable and positive experience each day.
• Prioritize student safety at all times, including during boarding, transit, and exiting the vehicle.
• Conduct thorough pre and post trip inspections to ensure the bus remains in proper and safe operating condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bus, including assisting with fueling and basic upkeep to present a well kept, professional vehicle.
• Accurately complete daily Hours of Service reports and maintain required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Immediately report any mechanical issues or concerns affecting the safe operation of the vehicle.
• Address and report any student behaviour issues in a timely and professional manner, following company procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with safety practices, policies, and regulations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and care while fostering a safe and respectful environment for all passengers.
