Job summary

TELUS in Calgary seeks a friendly, tech-savvy Team Member to help customers in-store, by phone and messaging, delivering best-in-class service. You’ll engage with shoppers, troubleshoot basic tech questions, and showcase TELUS devices and services.

This role offers a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with uncapped commission and a flexible benefits plan. You’ll join a high-performing team committed to diversity, learning, and helping Canadians stay connected with technology.
