Job summary

TELUS in Calgary is looking for a customer‑focused Team Member to deliver outstanding service in-store, by phone and through messaging. You will join a high‑performing retail team and help customers discover technology solutions that fit their needs.

This role offers a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, uncapped earning potential with commissions, and a benefits plan for part‑time and full‑time staff. You’ll have opportunities for growth and to contribute to our communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in-store, by phone and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and through phone/messaging channels with product information.
• Process transactions and operate cash register.
• Maintain store presentation and stock levels.
• Participate in team meetings and help achieve sales targets.
