Job summary

COBS Bread in Canada is hiring friendly Sales Associates for early morning shifts starting as early as 6:30am. You’ll deliver an exceptional in-bakery experience, merchandise products, and help with production while learning baking basics.

No experience is necessary—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills. Enjoy flexible hours, training opportunities, and complimentary products on each shift, with benefits for full-time team members.

-Shifts can start as early as 6:30am.

-Early morning shifts, which means your off early and can enjoy the rest of the day while others are at work!

-Role includes lifting an twisting. Basically a free workout each day you work.

-Merchandising, packaging product and providing Exceptional Customer Service

Your Role as Sales Associate

At COBS Bread, we celebrate fresh. Our Sales Associates are experts in freshness, and in giving our customers a great in-bakery experience. Right now, we are looking for personable Sales Associates to share their enthusiasm for all things fluffy and sweet with our loyal customers. No experience necessary- just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Work as part of a small team, providing and exceptional customer experience, and getting to know your regular, loyal customers.
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
• Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns.
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and assist with production as needed (Yep- your going to learn how to bake!)

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
• Frequent turning and reaching
• Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
• Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping
