Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to represent Nespresso at a Kelowna kiosk. This part-time role requires evenings and weekends, with a competitive hourly wage and a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will engage customers with product demonstrations, meet sales goals, maintain the display, and submit daily reports. Training is provided and mobility to work independently is valued.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission-based or goal-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles; formal sales training is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Access to a smartphone with internet capability.
