Job summary

Match Retail is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate for Nespresso at a kiosk in Niagara Falls, Ontario. You’ll engage with customers, deliver personalized demonstrations, and inspire purchases on Thursday through Sunday.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of 22 CAD plus performance incentives, paid training, and flexible hours to support work-life balance. Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of retail sales experience, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Six months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission-based or goal-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles; formal sales training is a plus.
• Excellent communication, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Access to a smartphone with internet capability.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.

What You’ll DoAs a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, working independently at a kiosk within a retail location. You will engage with customers, provide personalized product demonstrations, and ultimately inspire them to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Create an inviting and interactive experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide expert knowledge on the luxury products and their features, offering tailored recommendations to suit each customer’s needs.
• Accurately record and submit daily sales reports.
• Treat your workstation as your own space: Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk, including managing inventory.
