Job summary

Match Retail is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to represent Nespresso at a Collingwood kiosk. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive purchases during evenings and weekends, receiving a competitive hourly wage with incentives.

This role requires at least 6 months in retail, strong sales and service skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic luxury environment. Training is provided, and access to a vehicle is optional.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission-based or goal-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles; formal sales training is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Self-driven and ability work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Access to a smartphone with internet capability.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
