COBS Bread Red Deer is hiring a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team. Hours are 12-8pm or 2-8pm, with a friendly, customer-centric approach. No prior experience required—just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a welcoming in-bakery experience, assist with merchandising, and support team efforts in production as needed. You’ll learn baking basics while delivering great service to loyal customers.

Your Role as Sales Assistant

No experience necessary- just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Work as part of a small team, providing an exceptional customer experience, and getting to know your regular, loyal customers
• Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and assist with production as needed. (Yep- you’re going to learn how to do some baking!)

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing/ walking for all tasks
