Role Summary

You will support clients before, during, and after treatment days by completing documentation, education, and gentle care coordination. The focus is consultative and relationship-centered, not salesy.

Core Accountabilities

• Complete intake consultations to confirm medical suitability
• Provide clear education on pelvic health and treatment options
• Call clients for check-ins and follow-ups, and coordinate next steps when needed
• Visit clients during treatment days to answer questions and support comfort
• Document accurately in our EMR (Jane) and follow clinic protocols
• Partner with the team to deliver a polished, respectful client experience

Qualifications & Experience

• RPN or RN in good standing with the CNO
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred; pelvic health, urology, gynecology, or women’s health is an asset (training provided)
• Warm communication style, excellent judgment, strong attention to detail
• Comfort with EMR charting and simple clinic workflows
• Professional presence and a client-first mindset
