Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect information to determine nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop and modify care plans.
• Coordinate nursing care and refer to interprofessional team as needed.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes according to Fraser Health standards.
• Mentor and precept new nursing staff and students.
