Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and ongoing monitoring of the client's status and therapeutic regime.
• Refers clients to community resources and service agencies when indicated.
• Delegates rehabilitation tasks to Mental Health workers and Licensed Practical Nurses.
