Running Room is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate in Kelowna. You will help customers with product knowledge, drive sales, and support store operations in Orchard Plaza, Kelowna, BC.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, staying informed about products, and contributing to brand awareness through social media support. Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm for the running environment.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
• Must have Day Time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
