Maurices Stratford is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager to lead a store team and deliver the unforgettable shopping experience our customers know and love. As a sales lead, you’ll engage customers daily, drive team sales goals, and help implement maurices SOPs including opening and closing the store.

Location: Store 4112-Festival Marketplace, Stratford, ON. Pay range: hourly CAD 18.10–18.64; schedule is flexible.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (supervisory preferred).
• Ability to foster a positive team environment and lead by example.
• Experience in training and directing others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising store team to create an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Lead the customer experience on the floor and drive sales goals.
• As a key holder, aid in opening and closing procedures and SOP adherence.
