Position Details
  • Hourly Rate: $22/hour
  • Schedule: 2–3 weekdays per week, 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Long-term position with an opportunity to grow with our team
  • Must be able to reliably work set weekdays with flexibility to occasionally cover other shifts
Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming front-desk experience
  • Manage the clinic schedule: booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and support general inquiries
  • Assist practitioners with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic (including laundry and restocking)
  • Handle data entry, filing, and other basic office tasks
  • Support simple marketing/admin tasks (e.g., newsletters, mailouts) as needed
Required
  • Previous administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (in person, by phone, and by email)
  • Kind, compassionate, and aligned with Evergreen’s values
  • Able to take initiative and work independently when needed
Assets
  • Experience with Jane App
  • Experience with direct billing
  • Medical or clinical administrative experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, Mailchimp, and general computer skills
