Le Boisé Vanier, a friendly private residence for seniors located along the St-Charles River, is looking for a person to fill a part-time receptionist position. The person must have basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and of computers in general. Location Name: Le Boisé Vanier. Location City: Québec. Job Status: Permanent. Job Schedule: Weekends. Hours per week: 16.

Purpose of the position

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday + public holiday replacements. Salary: between $ and $ per hour. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Greet visitors
  • Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Make appointments
  • Prepare and send occasional mail outs
  • Manage the sale of meal vouchers and manage the petty cash related thereto
  • Maintain good relationships with the residents
  • Maintain the residence directory
  • Maintain the different registers
  • Update different administrative forms and documents
  • Receive and redirect incoming calls

Required qualifications :
  • A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of a Maitre D
  • A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
  • A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
