Job Summary

Our amazing administrator Chelsea is graduating to a Realtor role, and now we are looking for the perfect fit for our next Operations & Finance Manager (aka, Licensed Administrator). Reporting directly to Nick, this part-time position will involve managing finances, optimizing operational workflows, and supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences.

You may be licensed to practice Real Estate in Ontario or willing to become licensed. There is growth opportunity in the role for those who might like to transition to become a full-time Realtor.

This job is perfectly suited for:

  • New Realtors (newly licensed or <2 years) who want to fast-track their learning by being immersed in supporting a thriving team who provides systems, marketing and mentorship.
  • Experienced Realtors who would like to scale back and support a team while still working with the clients they want to.
  • Parents returning to the workforce following parental leave and are interested in a career in Real Estate.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • Highly organized, both professionally and personally
  • Enjoy helping clients "get the win" when they Buy, Sell or Rent with our team
  • Have a mastery of the English language and are clear in your written and spoken communication
  • Comfortable being on-camera for video calls and team marketing efforts
  • Enjoy working with a team
  • Are tech-comfortable, particularly with the Google Suite of software and able to adapt to new tools
  • Capable of being professionally assertive when managing others on your team. Managing Realtors can sometimes be like "herding cats."
