With over 50 retail stores across Canada, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high‑quality furniture and home décor. Contribute to the customer experience through supporting the store with an organized and cohesive visual presentation. As a Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming stock deliveries and maintaining the backroom organization.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends).

What You Will Do :
  • Replenish product on the sales floor
  • Manage and receive stock
  • Ensure the backroom is organized and efficient
  • Support Customer Service and Experience
  • Support Visual presentations including following visual directives and confirming placement of all products on sales floor
What You Bring
  • 1 year Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience in Retail Sales and / or Visual Merchandising preferred
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as : working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, unwrap, wrap, and build furniture
  • Availability to work on Thursday and Friday between 10am - 6pm and occasionally one day on the weekend.
  • Flexible availability for 15-20hrs per week
