Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your legal and administrative expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail‑oriented teammates on a 3‑days a week schedule.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance and supporting legal operations across the organization. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Legal Function, external clients, and partners), contribute to corporate documentation activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of analyzing bidding documents, maintaining a technical expertise certificate data bank, and supporting legal knowledge management, but also assist in translations of legal and contractual documents.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing bidding documents to ensure compliance and readiness
  • Creating and maintaining a technical expertise certificate database
  • Ensuring up‑to‑date information in the Commercial Registrar
  • Assisting in the opening, closing, and modification of Alstom branches
  • Managing and controlling Power of Attorneys issued by foreign holding companies
  • Obtaining and updating exclusive product certificates
  • Issuing, updating, and publishing legal procedures
  • Supporting legal knowledge management, including library and research tasks
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
