Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Walkerton Area is seeking a part-time seasonal helper to assist UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pickups. The role requires 3–5 hours daily, Monday–Friday, with a start time between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM and flexibility for shifts.

Pay is $18.15 per hour, with weekly pay, paid training, and unionized settings. No driving is required; candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 hours a day, start times & finish times may vary depending on operational needs. Flexibility required
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) unassisted
• Strong customer service skills
• Employees must wear a company-provided vest, black pants, and dark brown or black boots
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to deliver packages by means of walking

Responsibilities

• Meet UPS driver at the assigned local meet point
• Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively
• Learn and properly execute UPS package handling/delivery methods
