Status: Part-time

Hours: Saturday-Sunday 0700-1900 - Optional Friday shifts

Pay Rate: $18.50

Essential Job Functions
  • Communicates information to Clients and Security Staff using telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Answers calls received by Security Staff and General Public and dispatches Security Staff accordingly
  • Updates and maintains the Security Incident database
  • Update and maintains Security Staff schedules as changes arise during shift as well as filling shifts as vacancies arise

  • Strong leadership, organization and facilitation skills
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills
  • Creative ability to foster new and innovative ways to perform and succeed
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocation.
  • Proficiency in Computer Usage, with an ability to learn Paladin’s Enterprise software
  • Experience in scheduling, administration or security supervision would be considered an asset
  • Be willing to work flexible hours
