Job summary

A leading therapy solutions provider in Oxford County, ON, is seeking an ADP - Authorized Occupational Therapist to perform clinical evaluations, consult with vendors, and provide education on daily living activities. Candidates must be registered with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists. This part-time role involves working 2 hours per week and includes mandatory screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Vulnerable Sector screening and Proof of Tuberculin clearance required.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluations including assessments.
• Identify equipment needs and initiate recommendations.
• Consult with vendors regarding equipment trials.
• Provide education on independence with daily living activities.
• Evaluate restraint use and prevent wounds and injuries.
