Job summary

Midtown Mobile Veterinary Hospice Services (MMVHS), a Lap of Love Practice, is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian in the Greater Toronto Area. You will provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families, practicing as a mobile veterinarian with a supportive team in a culture of kindness.

The role offers ongoing mentorship, base salary with mileage reimbursement, CE opportunities, and paid time off to support professional fulfillment and personal well-being.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent required.
• Valid CVO license required.
• Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license and a well-maintained vehicle.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check post-hire and before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in-home.
• As a mobile veterinarian, practice independently while collaborating with support staff.
• Deliver compassionate, client-centered veterinary care in a flexible, balanced schedule.
