Job summary

Merchandising Consultants Associates is seeking reliable Merchandising Representatives in New Westminster, BC to support a Direct Store Delivery program in big box retailers. You will stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure product presentation aligns with client standards.

This fast-paced, physical on-site role requires steel-toed shoes, ability to lift and stand for long periods, and strong communication with store staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or merchandising environments.
• Fast-paced environment with clear productivity expectations.
• Physically able to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.
• Confident communication with store management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and replenishing products after DSD deliveries.
• Rotating products for freshness and quality.

• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Processing damaged, expired, and unsaleable products.
• Ensuring products are neatly arranged and ready for customers.
• Using smartphone apps to collect data, take photos, and complete reports.

Merchandising Consultants Associates

Location: New Westminster, BC

Job Type: Independent Contractor

Wage: $20 per hour

Schedule: Multiple shift times available, Monday to Friday, early mornings, afternoons, and weekends

About the Role

We are currently looking for reliable, energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big box retail stores. In this role, you will work directly with the client's products after they have been delivered to the store, maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and displays that support sales.

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a busy retail environment where multiple vendors, store employees, and deliveries happen simultaneously. Being able to work safely, stay organized, and communicate effectively is essential. Steel toed shoes/boots are required on site.
